The course was an incredible experience and an excellent knowledge bank to help with your organisation, especially around performance measures because of the tools you take back into your workplace.

In this video, Dr. Nani touched on how great it was to have so much interaction with the DEI Discovery community, and not just with the facilitators on the DEI Discovery Course. The key takeaway for her? she learned so much from other participants, and their different perspectives given during the course was great. The environment within the course was one of support.

She added it was great to learn the language around DEI. The flexibility of the course was also mentioned by Dr Nandi, she commented, if you work during the day, it’s possible to do the workshop in the afternoon or evening, the course is flexible to work around our own availability.

She emphasised the honesty and no judgment amongst the group of other DEI & HR specialists who were participants.
