Hosted since 2016, our flagship #TechDiversity Awards showcase what can be achieved across sectors in building diversity and inclusion within technology workforces.
The awards recognise individuals and groups within business, government, education, and marketing, media & advertising organisations who have demonstrated leadership through Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives across all gender and minority groups within the Australian tech sector.
After a year of absence due to the pandemic, we cannot wait to hear about all the exciting work and achievements organisations have made in the D&I journey.
Nominations for the awards are open now, so if you recognise an individual or group that has demonstrated leadership and embraced inclusion by raising awareness and promoting diversity initiatives and programs, please nominate them now by clicking the button below.
We will be celebrating, saluting and shining a light on these individuals and groups at the Gala Dinner being held in Melbourne on 2nd December. To join us and our tech community, please register for a ticket now.
NOTE: Due to the impact of COVID-19 and capacity restrictions, the Gala Dinner will have a maximum capacity of 398 guests and tables will be limited to 8 persons. We strongly advise securing your ticket now to avoid disappointment.
Let’s recognise and celebrate diversity and inclusion!
Review previous winners some share what winning the award meant to them. The common biggest impact our awards have had on individuals is helping people find work and being part of a welcoming and inclusion workplace culture. Note in 2020 due to the pandemic we hosted a hall of fame celebration to replace the TechDiversity awards, click on the year below to view winner initiatives and winner celebration videos.
